Returns & Refunds

All returns are subject to our discretion.
Return requests must be made within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges.

Yard Bags of house mixes may be eligible for return and refund if the following conditions are met:

• The bags are not damaged.
• The product has not been used.

Orders of house blends (soil mixes) can be cancelled and refunded before delivery.

Custom mixes can be cancelled before they are mixed (made), once they are mixed they cannot be refunded.
