Technical Sales Person
We are a major supplier of customized potting soils for the wholesale industry. Using the highest quality of commercial grade materials, we have built a reputation of efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends
- Present and demonstrate products to potential clients
- Work with customers to formulate custom mixes to help maximize success
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Education/Experience:
- Experience growing in a commercial greenhouse/nursery
- Post-secondary education in agriculture and/or soil sciences
- Experience in sales is a bonus but not required
